From there, I start browsing through free recipes to get an idea of which recipes and snacks I want to make that week. I don’t typically plan out breakfast or lunch because we tend to eat similar things week to week, but by browsing through recipes I have found some great new ideas for lunches and snacks and we have definitely added some new family favourites to our routine!
Over 1,000 Original Recipes
When I find a recipe I like I click on it to look at the ingredients and directions. There is an option to edit the serving size so I add in the appropriate size for our family then I “favourite” the recipe by clicking on the heart. I then drag and drop the the recipe into the weekly planner and continue adding meals and snacks as I come across items I like!
Dietitian Designed Meal Plans
