Summer Green Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup organic spinach
  • 1 cup organic mixed greens
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 pear (chopped)
  • 1 cup water (or more for desired consistency)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 lemon, peeled and chopped

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients in Vitamix or high speed blender. Stop to stir once or twice. Add additional water if required for desired consistency.
